The R8R is a low-profile RMR footprint optic mount built specifically for S&W R8 and TRR8s.  This mount utilizes the tapped holes on top of the barrel shroud meant for the OEM 1913 rail, eliminating the need for removing the rear sight to mount a red dot.  The R8R is precision machined from 7075 T6 Aluminum and Type III Hard Coat Anodized.

NOTE: This mount will only fit S&W R8's and TRR8's and is only designed to fit optics that utilize an RMR footprint. R8 and TRR8 in the photos are for demonstration purposes only.
